Daycare hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. For overnight boarding, drop-off is typically between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM and pickup is between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. I'm flexible with timing for special circumstances - just let me know your needs!

I prefer to care for 8-10 dogs at a time to ensure each dog gets plenty of individual attention. However, during peak seasons (holidays, summer months), I often care for 20+ dogs to accommodate the high demand from families who trust me with their pets. Even with larger groups, I maintain my high standards of personalized care and safety.

I prefer that you bring your dog's regular food to avoid any stomach upset from diet changes. Please bring enough food for the entire stay in a labeled container. I also provide healthy treats throughout the day, but let me know if your dog has any food allergies or restrictions.

I'm experienced with administering medications and happy to help! Please bring medications in their original containers with clear instructions. I'll need to know the dosage, timing, and any special instructions. There's no additional charge for basic medication administration.

I send photos and updates via WhatsApp throughout the day! You can expect at least 2-3 updates for daycare and 3-4 updates for overnight stays. I love sharing the fun moments and keeping you connected with your furry friend. You can also message me anytime with questions.

I'm trained in pet first aid and CPR. In case of emergency, I'll contact you immediately and take your dog to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic. I keep all emergency contact information and vet details on file for quick access.

Safety is my top priority for all dogs in my care. I require a meet & greet to assess each dog's temperament and social skills. Dogs with aggression issues may not be suitable for group care, but I'm happy to discuss individual solutions or recommendations for specialized care.

I understand plans change! For daycare, please give me at least 2 hours notice if possible. For overnight boarding, I appreciate 24 hours notice when possible. I don't charge cancellation fees - I'd rather you feel comfortable rebooking when you need care.

Simply message me on WhatsApp or call! Meet & greets are always free and typically take 30-45 minutes. This gives us time to discuss your dog's needs, tour the facilities, and see how your dog feels in the environment.

I accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle for your convenience. Payment is typically due at pickup, but we can discuss other arrangements for extended stays. I'll send you payment details when we confirm your booking.
